Born in Kashmir, with a PhD in Health Management, Suman Rana is a Himachali Rajputana girl who decided to pursue acting. Having worked as a medical professional has helped Suman a lot in understanding human emotions. This in turn has helped her understand the art of acting. Her journey as an actor has just started and she has been lucky to have been cast in movies that have helped her explore very diverse and different characters in the all films that she has acted in. Her experience ranges from acting in Feature films to modeling for Ad films, Ramp shows, Short films, Print and Catalogues. She has worked on advertising campaigns for brands like TVS, Videocon, Dabur Hair Oil, LG and Santoor Soap to name a few. She is also the brand ambassador and board member of LIPS Research, an international university based in Europe. The above-mentioned opportunities have helped Suman learn along the way on how to express herself in front of the camera and this has been a great asset for her. Like every actor she hopes to explore different roles across various genres.
