Moumita Pal is an actor, singer, and dancer with over two decades of experience in the performing arts. Trained under Barry John and Venu G (Navarasa Sadhana), she seamlessly blends technique with instinct, bringing depth, versatility, and physical precision to every role. A multilingual performer fluent in eight languages, Moumita is touring with Chitrangada, a Broadway-inspired dance musical based on Rabindranath Tagore's epic. In 2025, she will be seen in Sankaran Nair, Jaat, and Bepurdah (Hindi), as well as Cazulo (Konkani). Beyond performance, she is trained in Hindustani classical music, seven dance forms (Indian and Western), and action disciplines such as Kalaripayattu, kickboxing, horse riding, paragliding, and scuba diving. Whether commanding the stage or taking on physically demanding roles, she thrives on storytelling that challenges and transforms. Offstage, she runs Mad Monk Maya Project, a Goa-based theatre community dedicated to bold and experimental narratives.
